This house was very affordable and conveniently located for us! It was very comfortable and livable! It was the next best thing to home. Dan was great too. He even called to make sure everything was alright. We would definitely stay there again while visiting our daughter in Tempe!

We were very pleased with this rental house. It's in a great location - within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and a supermarket, and a short drive to downtown Tempe/ASU, Phoenix and Scottsdale. For the price, you can't go wrong...

The house was perfect for our annual baseball spring training trip. Very clean, well appointed, comfortable and well maintained. We loved the private backyard, and used the great BBQ to fix our dinners. We enjoyed the fresh oranges right off the tree in the yard, and liked the fact that we could park our car in the enclosed garage. Dan, thank you for the great recommendation for mexican food!! We will definitely stay here again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so much nicer staying in a home than a motel.The house was clean and thoughtfully furnished. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet and conveniently located. The private back yard provided the opportunity to read, relax and enjoy the sun and roses. The washer and dryer were an added convenience too. Thumbs up!
