This cute, comfortable 2 bedroom unit is on the waterway with a dock and pool. It is an easy walk to the beach 3 blocks away. Completely set up with all the comforts of home. Newly decorated including a flat screen TV, CD and DVD player. Come enjoy the view and the nearby beach for a very reasonable price. This property is a half of a duplex. The pool is shared with the one other 2 bedroom unit. Bring your boat or rent one in town and enjoy a cruise down the intercoastal to nearby restaurants or 20 minutes to the ocean inlet. Best for 4 people or 4 adults and 2 children. Or rent both sides for extended families or 2 families traveling together.

If you are going to Ft. Lauderdale area we can strongly recommend this place. It is easy to find and peferctly located. You are away from the Hotels in a quiet residential area, but only 5 minutes to walk to the beaches, 10 minutes to some restaurants and shops. The house is spacious, clean and fully equipped - and the view from the terrace, great! In the house we missed nothing. If there is something we suggest to improve, the cookware and the cuttlery could be slightly upgraded.
Next time in Florida, we would come back!
