This Charming Cape Cod Cottage is located in a quiet Yarmouth neighborhood right around the corner from a salt water pond that is popular for kayaking and canoeing. Enjoy Swan pond for a day of paddaling or just plain relaxing on a summers day. The home is tastefully decorated in an inviting and comfortable Cape Cod decor and is in beautiful condition. Although you are tucked away a bit off the beaten path you are only minutes to all of the family friendly attractions such as minature golf, batting cages, go-carts, and ice cream. Our guest are also just about a 10 minute drive to the famous Smugglers and Seagull Beaches as well as many, many more. In the heart of Cape Cod this newly remodeled and renovated cottage provides a great vacation getaway for a couple or the whole family including your DOG....yes pets will be considered!

Cute, clean, pleasant vacation home. Nicely decorated with ocean theme.
Pet friendly!
Easy access to beaches, shopping, dining out.
Many amenities including cable TV in each bedroom as well as the living room.
Would definitely recommend to others.
