One of the best waterviews on Cape Cod! 4150 sq. ft. East Orleans contemporary cape built in 2004 with 4 large bedrooms each with 'ensuite' bath. Wonderful open floorplan. Granite gourmet chef's kitchen, dining area with antique table (seats 12). Great room with 42' plasma TV and gas fireplace opens onto large furnished deck with spectacular view of Town Cove all the way to the ocean. Main floor BR has queen, walk-in closet, water view and custom shower. Upstairs huge Master BR has king bed, 180 degree waterview, limestone bath with marble walk-in shower, jetted soaking tub. 3rd Queen BR with spectacular water/garden view, shower. 4th BR has 2 twins and bath with shower/tub. Catch the gorgeous sunsets over Hopkin's Island from any of 3 decks or the large patio that seats 8. Fully finished walk out lower floor has Movie Theater (seating for 10) to watch DVDs or cable on 92' screen. Rec room with pool table, ping pong and sleeping for 4 (queen futon, bunk beds), full bath.

Dig your own clams for dinner 200 yards from your backdoor and catch an Orleans Firebirds baseball game at night. Go whale or seal watching, surf or deep-sea fishing or take an informative nature walk with a naturalist from the Cape Cod National Seashore center nearby. Orleans has charming shops, craft and art galleries as well as major supermarkets. Drive your own SUV on the sand out to the very tip of Nauset Beach and picnic by the rolling waves.
