Newly remodeled end unit Townhome less than a mile off Hwy 17. Easy access to downtown as well as beaches, shopping, golfing, dining and all the Charleston area has to offer. Unit has all kitchen amenities. Washer/dryer, and a full compliment of Towels and linens. Corian countertops, ceramic tile floors in kitchen, dining, foyer, laundry room, and bathrooms. Brazilian cherry hardwoods in the family room with carpet in upstairs bedrooms. Heavy moldings throughout give elegant feel. Fireplace in family room as well. Cable TV with TV's in both bedrooms and family room. Community pool on site. Perfect for couples.

OWNERS PERSONAL COMMENTS: Your comfort and enjoyment of our home is my #1 goal. This used to be my wife's home before we got married and we are keeping it for her dad when he eventually moves to our area. The unit is well kept, comfortable, and Very Clean. I go out of my way to make sure you have an enjoyable stay and our guest book comments reflect that it is working. Fresh flowers in the foyer. Water, soda's & pino grigio in the fridge. Fresh baked cookies in the cookie jar. I personally clean and prepare for your arrival to ensure that you have a great place to stay. If your coming to our area, give our home a try. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

This was my first experience with using this service to find a location for a vacation. I must say it was a very pleasant experience. Roger and Katie have a very nice unit that is very convenient to both historic Charleston and both Folley Beach and the Isle of Palms. We arrived to find fresh baked cookies and beer and wine in the fridge. The unit was very clean and quiet. It had all the comforts of home. They have a very nice book that contains a lot of local spots for dining and sightseeing complete with reviews. They really go the extra mile to try to make your stay comfortable. They also provided a GPS unit for the stay which made it extremely easy to navigate around all the places you want to visit.

If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in the Charleston area, this is a good find. Located in Mt Pleasant, you are only about 15 minutes from historic Charleston, about 15 minutes from the Isle of Palms and about 25 minutes from Folley Beach.

I would contact these folks again if I return to the area, though my next visit will be either in the early spring or late fall :)

Perfect Charleston Rental

This Mount Pleasant townhome rental could not have been more perfect. The place was immaculate and very well decorated, the second we walked in we felt comfortable and at ease with its cozy couches, soft sheets and flat screen tv's. Having 2 master suites and 2.5 bathrooms is a nice bonus. There were fresh flowers by the door, fresh baked cookies in the cookie jar, an array of snacks and a fridge stocked with waters, sodas, beer and wine. The bathrooms were stocked with all the products you could need during your stay and soft spa like towels. They really went out of their way with the small details and were better than a hotel! This place is in a great location, with parking and just a quick car ride to downtown Charleston, as well as being close to Patriots Point and all Mt Pleasant has to offer. We rent Charleston homes a few times a year and this by far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back next year! Thanks again Roger and Kate!

Roger & Katie,
Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home. You have made it such a welcome place with so many details. (Lights on when we arrived, snacks in the kitchen, fresh flowers, .....) We could go on and on. This house is very convenient to everything. We did Patriots Point, Boone Hall, Magnolia, Palm Isle Beach, the Hunley, and of course downtown.
Your house is incredibly clean and the large fluffy towels were spa-like. We enjoyed being here as much as sightseeing in Charleston.
Again, thank you and have a wonderful year.
