This is a brand new condo located at the base of the new Ravenal Bridge, just across the Cooper River from Downtown Charleston. It is a luxury unit with all the amenities. Ground floor end unit which is very private. Grounds are totally secure with keyfob access to building and amenities, as well as secured parking accessed by an elevator right outside your door. Enjoy the view's of the sunset on your private balcony. The living area is very comfortable and has a 52' flat panel HDTV. One of the bedrooms also has a flat panel TV. Gourmet kitchen is well equipped with Stainless steel Viking appliances and a gas stove. This condo is perfect for two couples as it has two master suites on opposite ends of the unit. If you like to get up and work out there is a full fitness center overlooking the river with an array of machines as well as sauna, steam room, and water jet therapy tub. There is also a walking path on the property that will soon connect to Mt. Pleasant's new waterfront park.
