Lovely, sunny, newly renovated 1 Bedroom in Beautiful Brownstone. House is located on a wonderful tree lined block in Bedford Stuyvesant Brooklyn, NY. Amenities include, newly renovated fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hard woods floors, decorative fire place and pocket doors. New bathroom has a shower with a rain maker. Very close to Subway, just 3 blocks away! Quick trip into NYC and many site seeing attractions.

We recently stayed at this lovely well equipped apartment situated on a very nice street. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. Close to subway (just over 5 mins) for easy trips to Manhattan and even coming back at 1am felt safe in the neighbourhood. Only downside not enough restaurants locally to choose from but very easy to go further afield. We would certainly recommend this apartment and stay again.

A great apartment

The apartment was clean and well maintained, although could have benefitted from some thicker curtains for those sleeping on the sofa bed. It was a very good location to get to and from JFK (taxi around $37 incl tip) and just a few blocks to the nearest subway into Manhatten. The area was very comfortable to walk around both day and night and our hostess was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would recommend this apartment to others and would stay there again if I stay in Brooklyn.

Very Cute Apartment

This apartment in totally renovated and brand new. It is very close to the subway and a corner store. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We drove down and was able to leave out car right out front and did not have to worry about it. It is a quick subway ride into Manhattan. The price is great. I would stay here again on my next trip to New York!!!! Thanks for making a great weekend. A+A+A+A+
