Amenities include, newly renovated fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hard woods floors, decorative fire place and pocket doors. New bathroom has a shower with a rain maker. Very close to Subway, just 3 blocks away! Quick trip into NYC and many site seeing attractions.

One of Brooklyn's Best

I am a Brooklyn native and grew up in Bed-Stuy aka Stuyvesant Heights. I loved this bownstone hidaway. I stayed in October for my birthday weekend and everything was just lovely. Apartment has very nice upgrades and all of the conveniences at your fingertips.

The train is in walking distance, Historic Concord Baptist Church is in walking distance, Pathmark supermarket is in walking distance. Excellent location.

I loved being able to visit home without having to stay in Manhattan. For people looking for a great Brooklyn experience this is it.

Perfect Accomodations

We visited nyc for New Year's and stayed here. The apartment was neat, clean and well maintained with recent upgrades. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the complimentary bottle of wine added a nice touch :) The mattress and pillows were firm and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, and even safe at night. The subway is about a 5 minute walk away, and it's about a 15-20 minute ride to Manhattan. The kitchen was fully stocked, don't bother taking a trip to the store to purchase anything until you first see all that's available ! There are a host of carry out restaurants in the neighborhood, as well as clothing shops, grocery and convenient stores, just to name a few. I would definitely recommend staying here on your next visit to nyc. I am looking forward to staying here on my next visit ! :)

Could not ask for a better spot, clean and modern, bright and spacious. The c train gets you into downtown Manhattan in no time.
Informative and friendly owner. My stay was excellent and I can't wait to get back there..

Beautiful apartment, good location

We stayed in this lovely apartment for four nights at the end of October and we couldn't have asked for better. It is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need, for a weekend or a longer stay. I can only repeat what other reviewers have already said - the owners are very helpful and welcoming, and the location is good - it is only a few blocks from the subway (and then about 15 minutes into the heart of Manhattan). A really great find, we'd definitely stay here again.

Lovely Apartment

We recently stayed at this lovely well equipped apartment situated on a very nice street. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. Close to subway (just over 5 mins) for easy trips to Manhattan and even coming back at 1am felt safe in the neighbourhood. Only downside not enough restaurants locally to choose from but very easy to go further afield. We would certainly recommend this apartment and stay again.
