3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 1 half bath. Sleeps comfortabl

Duplex condo, sunny, modern, located in residential neighborhood, walking distance to bike paths, Nantucket transit authority bus line, and town. First floor has open living room/Kitchen floor plan with half bath off of kitchen. Porch off of kitchen that leads to bluestone patio with gas grill. Second floor has spacious 2 bedrooms each with queen beds. Full bathroom. Lower level stairs that lead to den with leather couch, and TV with DVD player. Bedroom on lower level has 2 twin beds and full bath. Great for families and friends of all ages!!! It boasts quiet residential park 3 minutes walk. Our favorite family activity is biking all the numerous bike paths Nantucket has to offer.
