Beautifully decorated 4,000 sq. ft. 4-bedroom 3 bath lake home has all the amenities of home with a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 3 TV’s w/ Direct TV, including a jumbo screen in the living room. Spacious living room with a wonderful view of Irogami Lake with a large wood-burning fireplace as the focal point and for added living area there is a large game room that also overlooks Irogami Lake, the game room includes a 36” flat screen TV, DVD/VCR player, Nintendo, foosball table, darts, game tables and so much more. Out door seating is a premium for the entire party. Also over looking the lake is a fire pit for those late night bonfires. This delightful home also comes with a gas grill, private pier, water volleyball, horse shoes, paddle boat and rowboat. This home is perfect for family gatherings, reunions, group getaways, & retreats. Irogami lake is a 280 acre sand bottom fishing, swimming and boating lake.

Waushara Country Club a lovely 27-hole course open to the public and Two Oaks North a wonderful 18 hole course. There are also many more courses located with 30 minutes of Wautoma.

Winter Wonderland: A Winter Wonderland Located just 7 miles from Nordic Mountain Ski Hill a wonderful family atmosphere Ski resort with runs for the whole family. Nordic Mountain also has a wonderful snow tubing hill for those who don’t ski or snowboard this is a blast for all ages. additional nearby ski areas include granite peak 1hr & 15 min. and cascade Mountain 50 min. Waushara County has wonderful snowmobile trails throughout the county for snow conditions. The area boasts of 96 lakes so ice fishing is at a premium, the local marinas can outfit you with bait and tackle.

We had a group of 17 people and we all stayed comfortably within in this house. Everyone had a bed, no one was sleeping on an air mattress. The volleyball court in the lake was fun, a little mucky, but nothing that some water shoes couldn't take care of. The lake itself was beautiful and nice and quiet. A very nice change compared to the busy silver lake across the street. This house came with passes to a little private beach resort directly across the street. This was such a added bonus, and really made the trip! All in all, very comfortable house, and Misty was extremely nice to work with!
