We had a really great time in this beautiful villa.
Even though the weather was not on our side we enjoyed our time thanks to the wonderfull view from the living room and the affectionate interior decoration.
In the run-up to our stay we received all necessary information and the entire conversation was very friendly.
The villa is perfectly equiped - we did not miss anything.

We will try to come back again and hopefully will have a chance to meet you at that time ...

Wonderful House!

First of all, I would like to comment on the owners of the house, they are wonderful! They took the time to help us in any way they could and more. That is one important basic in renting from someone! They made me and my family very comfortable renting from them. We loved the location of the house, as it is in a historic type neighborhood, with really cool brick roads. The house itself, is very classy, with a kitchen you dream of. All the decorations, and layout of the house is great, we all loved staying at the house. The beds were very comfortable and I thought I was at home here. The front and backyards are nice and big, with plenty of room. Our overall stay was fabulous at this house and we will come back for our next vacation time in Florida. There were plenty of dry goods, ie: paper towels, beach towels, laundry detergent, cleaning agents in the home as well. Holly and Jason are great! Thank you!

Perfect, Peaceful, Practical

We stayed in this house last Sept 2008. The house has been recently remodeled. Everything looks new and in great condition. Four adults stayed there comfortably - clean, plenty of room, a big living area and a great kitchen fully stocked with all the necessities. We cooked almost every night. Garaged parking and a washer and dryer were also very important to us.

The location is very convenient to all the best public beaches. St. Pete beach was our primary beach as it is about 10 minutes away. We explored Clearwater beach to the north and Venice beach to the south. Both nice daytrips.

Loved this place...quiet, comfortable and very relaxing. Wake up early to see the sun rise over the bay...bring your camera! We will be back in 2009.
