This is a perfect size cottage/house located on .89 acres of fenced land for children boundaries, waterfront dock fishing, on site swing set, with shared private beach with new play gym and dock. Ossipee lake has three sand bars and a rope swing on the main lake..great attractions near by, 20 min from Conway outlets AND SKI RESORTS, CRANMORE, WILDCAT ETC..and 30 min from Storyland... 12min from family Kingpine Ski Resort, with tubing and ice skating as well. 52 inch TV VCR/DVD. DONT LET THE FALL AND WINTER MONTHS PASS YOU BY..GREAT FOR SNOW MOBILERS,SKIING, AND FALL FOLIAGE.
