Features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, telephone, 5 TVs on cable, 2 VCRs, 2 DVDs, iron/ironing board, central heat & a/c, and ceiling fans for your comfort. Home has a private screened porch off of master bedroom with 2 rockers, screened porch with table/chairs/ porch swing, and deck with table/chairs for your enjoyment. Community swimming pool (shared by 7 houses) and 2 BBQ areas, parking for 4 cars underneath home complete the package. Sleeps a maximum of 14 with 3 queens, 2 doubles, 2 twins, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. INTERNET available during Summer months only. NO PETS (Rate includes check-out cleaning). Rental for families only and you must be 25 years or older.
