Single family house in beautiful Bayside. Don't get cooped up in a townhouse - rent this single family house with a huge back yard. This is our second home and we just recently started renting it out - it is immaculate. Our home is located just 2 blocks from Sun Ridge Tennis and Recreation Center* where you will find a recreation center with locker rooms, fitness facility, Sun Ridge Grille snack bar, 4,000 sq ft outdoor pool with separate whirlpool, kids' Splash Zone, 5 Har-Tru tennis courts, picnic area and playground. *Amenities fee, optional, but required for use of pool/shuttle etc. Fees vary with season. Every family that's stayed in our house loves it - just read the comments! Come on down and see what everyone's been talking about. Call me with any questions.

Our location, four miles west of Fenwick Island on Route 54, is close to Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach and Ocean City so if you're not into golfing, take in the shopping, the pool or tennis courts, and other activities nearby. If the beach is your destination there is daily service from Memorial Day to Labor Day so hop on the shuttle bus* and leave the driving to someone else.

Ted, Abbie, Lucy, and Owen just spent the weekend at our house and had a blast. We rented movies from Harris Teeter down the street and got chinese take-out, watched movies and played games all night. We just love this comfortable house.

My family and I stayed at this lovely home the first week of July. The accommodations were terrific. The house was lovely, comfortable and modern. We had a terrific time. We enjoyed all the amenities and were able to participate in the activities at the Rec center. The people there were pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this home to all of my friends and we look forward to going back in the future.

Ted, we just loved our vacation in this house! We have two children, ages 5 and 2, and they also loved their stay. The layout of the home was perfect for the kids. The rec center made our day so easy--beach in the morning, rec center in the afternoon and EVERYTHING was so clean! The home was spotless, the rec center was clean and all of the staff were friendly and accomodating. Not to mention we found some excellent, kid friendly restaurants. We will be back!

We had a great stay at your house Ted. The house was perfect for families with small children. Everyone being on one level was such a plus! My dad had the front bedroom, while myself and my kids were in the back of the house. Perfect situation with traveling with grandparents. The community pool was awesome. Our kids choose the pool over the ocean several times!

We had a wonderful stay at this new vacation home. Kids ( 11/14/16/19) loved the rec center, pool, and large yard. Short trip to the beach, shops and more. Would recommend this to anyone with a family or just looking for a quiet relaxing vacation spot.
