This two story home is perfect for small or large families wanting to enjoy breathtaking water views day or night! It features two fully equipped living areas that can be used separately or as a whole, its like two houses for the price of ONE. Each area displays a full kitchen, spacious living areas, balconies, and of course bathrooms. This house is now available for a rental minimum of 3 days and it is located in Tavernier, within the Blue Water colony of the Florida Keys. This Atlantic Ocean Front Home has mostly every feature you could possibly want for enjoying the water activities like: 8' deep water boat dockage and Boat Lift you could bring two boats, and keep one on the water and the other one on the Lift, you have +/- 100' of Dock on a deep canal with no bridges to the Ocean. (additional fee and insurance will be required to use the Dock and Boat Lift) Fish for Snapper, and Tarpon from the dock. Watch Dolphins play as you marvel at the beautiful sunrise.

There are many local attractions within a few miles such as snorkeling, scuba diving, wave runners, parasailing, boat rentals, and fishing trips. Bring The Whole Family and enjoy being together while still enjoying each others privacy on this unique property. Harry Harris Waterfront Park is located 5 min away. It has a beach, BBQ/picnic area, Beach Volleyball, great boat ramps, restrooms, jungle gym area for kids.

I have traveled quite a bit and I think this has to be
one of the most beautiful settings I have ever been
in. The house was very comfortable and had
everything we needed. We enjoyed watching our
photos every evening on the big beautiful TV. My husband and brother enjoyed catching fish from
the dock and grilling it up for dinner.
I spent most of my time on the enormous deck
soaking in the beauty of the green waters of the
ocean and sailboats passing by in the distance. I
arose early every morning (from a very comfortable
bed) to watch spectacular sunsets and enjoy the
company of my family. We were a group of 18 who
were honoring the memory of our mom who just
passed away 2 months earlier. It was a very healing
week for all. I would recommend this spot to
anyone.
