This villa is on the second floor of a 2 story building offering fantastic golf course views from a screened balcony. The open floor plan of the kitchen/breakfast bar, dining room and living room comes with a vaulted ceiling and lends itself to casual vacation living. There are 2 pools, tennis court, outdoor BBQ areas and Sand Piper Bay Golf Course with a beautiful clubhouse and restaurant. Parking is right outside your front door
