Charlotte Amalie/Havensight, known as the duty-free shopping capitol of the Caribbean, is only a short 5 minutes drive west, and Red Hook is only 15- minutes drive east, where guests can take a person or car ferry over to beautiful St. John within 1/2 hour ride or to the BVIs. Above the Marriott, this Quiet & Quaint location is within 15 minutes drive of all St. Thomas attractions. Escape the crowds here! Nearby within only a few minutes are Restaurants, Beaches, Grocery Stores, K-Mart, Duty-Free Shopping, Red Hook Car and Person Ferries to St. John, Championship Golf Course, Magen's Bay & STT Airport.     Published Rates are for up to 4 persons per night & include taxes and condo cleanings before guest arrival and after departure. For more than 4p, add $25/nt per person for up to a maximum occupancy of 6 persons total.

    Reservation rates are based on season and duration of stay.
    Standard Reservation is three nights rent + one night stay refundable damage deposit (this may vary for longer stays).
    Remaining balance is due 45 days in advance of stay.

    Payable by personal check or cashier's check.
    Add 3% to rates to pay by major Credit Card (via PayPal).

    Housekeeping service during stay is available upon request for a fee.
    One (1) complimentary housekeeping service is available upon request for vacation rentals of more than ten nights.

We are home and we had the best time on our vacation thanks to your fantastic and beautiful home. We actually were a bunch of home bodies besides going to the beach. :) We cooked a a lot and had wonderful evenings watching the sun set from the balcony. One really fun thing we did was chartering a boat from "do it in style " charters. We had a blast snorkeling around St. John, then checking out Sandy Cay Beach , and having a drink at Soggy Dollar Bar. Our captain was so great. We also had a great meal at Old Stone Farm House. YUM.

I just wanted to send a huge Thank You for everything! Your home is so beautiful and was the perfect little getaway for us.

We are honored to have been your first guests.
