Waterfront post & bean house in quiet, secluded area. House is situated on 1 acre lot with 170' of lake frontage approximately 1 mile north of Huletts Landing. Spectacular views abound. The lake is crystal clear without weeds and the house is only 60 ft from the waters edge. The private dock is great for swimming. Fantastic hiking trails in the surrounding Adirondack Mountains. Boat rentals are available in the area. There is a screened-in-porch and deck. Inside you'll find fireplace in the cozy great room and upstairs are 4 bedrooms. Lots of books, puzzles, and games for family fun and relaxation. Fully equipped with linens, towels all features of a modern kitchen. All the amenities you could want are included: satellite TV, internet access, washer/dryer, dish washer.

House is located approximately 1 mile north of Huletts Landing in secluded, quiet area. Gorgeous mountain/ lake views. Water is crystal clear without weeds and the house is only 60 ft from the waters edge. Dock will accommodate up to a 25’ boat. Large screened in porch along with large outside deck. Lots of books, puzzles, and games for family fun and relaxation. Fully equipped with linens, towels all features of a modern kitchen. Lake George Village, outlet shopping, and The Great Escape is approximately 45 minutes away. Saratoga Springs (racetrack, Saratoga Performing Arts center) is about 1 hour away. For nature lovers, there are miles of hiking trails and trout streams nearby. For history buffs, Historic Ft. Ticonderoga and several Revolutionary War ruins are about 30 minutes north on route 22. Or, you could take a trip to Vermont via the Lake Champlain Ferry which is very near Fort Ticonderoga. This is the perfect spot to enjoy beautiful Lake George.

Golf available in area:

There is a 9 hole golf course minutes away in Huletts Landing proper. Not an expert course by any means but fun for the occasional duffer

Boat rentals available nearby:

Kayaks have become increasingly popular in the area and they are available for rent in Huletts. Motor boats available for rental across the lake at Snug Harbor, South in Sabbath Day Point.

This is the 1st time we rented a house right on Lake George (July 2010). We have 3 children (ages 2-14). We were very impressed with the home (kitchen stocked with all the cookware you may need, a charcoal grill, 2 refrigerators/freezers (grocery stores are limited in the area so we brought all our food with us), linens and towels provided (and in good shape), lots of games, puzzles & videos for the children, and Wi-Fi connection. Swimming and boating are great. We rented a deckboat nearby & brought a canoe to utilize the lake more. Very relaxing, beautiful views from the back of the house & dock. I would return to this home if I vacation in the Lake George area again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
