Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has been completely remodeled in the summer of 2014. It has a lovely view of the Gulf from the kitchen, dining room, living room and wrap around screened in lanai. All new ceramic flooring throughout the living areas. The kitchen and laundry room have maple cabinets, granite counters and new appliances. The living room has a leather couch and loveseat with a flat screen TV and dvd player and sound system. The master bedroom includes white washed furniture, a flat screen TV, a dvd player, a king size bed and sliding doors that open to the lanai. The guest bedroom consists of twin beds, white wicker furniture and has a flat screen tv. There is a separate full size laundry room right off the kitchen. Both bathrooms have been remodeled with new vanities, granite counters, new mirrors and cabinets and new toilets in 2012. Our gulf front unit hovers the Gulf of Mexico and the Sanibel Beach known for its shelling. Island Beach Club is beautifully landscaped and includes a large heated pool recently done in pavers brick with new pool furniture(Fall of 2012), covered parking, shuffleboard courts, pavers brick courtyard and the is elevator accessible. There are two gas barbeque grills available to complex guests. This condo is on floor 2 of 4. Ground level is the covered parking. Contact owner for additional pics and information. Complex is located right on the bike path on West Gulf and walking distance (1 mile) to grocery shopping at Bailey's. Complex also provides free wi-fi. Owner provides a shed key for use of beach chairs, sun umbrellas, rafts, shelling equipment and sand toys!

Wonderful Spring Getaway.

We had an awesome time in Sanibel. The Beach, the condo and the weather were just perfect. We enjoyed the great view and breeze in the lanai, cooked in the well equipped kitchen and found the spacious, clean, well stocked condo very comfortable for my husband, daughter and I. Wifi worked without any issues as did the other electronics. The proximity to the beach was great and we were able to take long walks multiple times a day. The Island was very nice. We visited Ding Darling and took the tram tour, went to Corkscrew swamp and made a day trip to Shark Valley, Everglades. We spent half a day in Naples and enjoyed the sunset from the causeway and Blind Pass Beach. Pinnochio's ice cream was great and Bailey's had everything we needed including gluten free foods. Danette was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to going back and will surely contact her again to see if the apartment will be available then.

Perfect place to stay on Sanibel Island

My husband and I vacationed in Sanibel with our two kids, ages 7 and 9 in August and loved it! This unit is perfectly located, steps from the beach and pool, with a covered car port and a beautiful view of the amazing green lush vegetation which surrounds to property. There is so much green on the property, you can't help but feel the island living. You can see the beach and water from the lanai while sitting on the spacious enclosed lanai with patio furniture for all to sit and enjoy. There is also a fan on the lanai for extra comfort any time of the day. The unit inside is super clean, in pristine condition and the newly remodeled changes are incredible. It felt like a new constuction condo. Every single room is very spacious and the master bedroom, is more like a suite. The kitchen is a dream kitchen that I wish I had at home. The laundry room is very practical and the kitchen was stocked with every cooking and eating utensil you would need. My kids refered to our stay as "living on the beach" and that is exactly what we did during our stay. We loved the easy access to the beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and even the new barbeque gas grills located next to the pool. We cooked on the grills several times and enjoyed delicious meals. We also visited several great restaurants just down the street. The entire property is very clean, inviting, spacious and a place we would definitely visit again. The central location is perfect because everything around the condo is easy to get to including restaurants, shops and even a straight shot, short ride to Captiva Island, where we spent 2 days on the beach. We swam, rented paddle boats, walked the beach and collected beautiful sea shells. The owners are very friendly and making reservations was quick and easy. Well done

The Perfect Beach House

This is the perfect beach house! It is well maintained and comfortable with comfortable beds, pillows and furniture. It is also very clean and cheerfully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils for those, who, like us, wish to self cater. The wrap around porch has a beautiful gulf view and is perfect for enjoying all meals. The laundry room with a drying rack is a huge plus for beach goers--clean towels whenever you want them and place to hang that wet suit where it will dry. The condo is conveniently situated to stores and restaurants, yet it feels very private. Danette was wonderful to rent from, very professional and responsive, and her recommendation of renting bicycles from Fennimore's was excellent. We spent a lovely day touring the island on bikes. It would be hard to stay in this property and not have a good time.

Highly Recommend!

I would highly recommend this condo to anyone! The owners were so helpful in planning our trip from bike and baby rentals to accommodating our schedule. The condo is very clean with plenty of room for the 3 adults and 2 kids we had. The kitchen and shed were fully stocked with all of the essentials. You can even see the waves from the screened in lanai, which was our favorite place to relax when we were in the condo. The beach is a quick 2 minute walk and the grills, shuffleboard and pool were right across the parking lot. The location on the island was great. It is a 10 minute bike ride to grocery stores and restaurants. We were there for spring break and it was not overly crowded at all. There was always prime space at the beach and pool. We will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely Wonderful!

I highly recommend this beautiful, very clean condo. It is well stocked - we didn't need to buy anything but food. The owner graciously supplies paper products and soaps - which is so wonderful being you usually have to buy way too much for your stay. The view is wonderful - it's actually closer than it looks in the pictures and you have two walls of windows in the living room to enjoy it! The master suite is very large and beautifully decorated. The entire condo is filled with lovely fun beach art. The shed has lots of chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and shelling nets which is another bonus. The covered parking was great and the location of the unit within the complex is close to the pool and the beach access. We also loved the central location on Sanibel which makes it a quick 15 minute drive to Captiva. We also enjoyed the tiki bar - Coconuts - at the resort next door which is a short walk down the beach. It was a pleasure working with the owner who is just wonderful and worked with us and our unusual schedule. We will definitely stay here again.
