My name is Darren, aged 34 (Right) My brother-in-law Deano aged 38(Left)were on vacation in May 2005 & stayed at the 5* Hotel Riu Cancun next to our condo, We instantly fell in love with this dream condo located in pure PARADISE! We returned in June 2005 and made the purchase, Once you have stayed here you will never want to go anywhere else.

I was born in Yorkshire, England. U.K and live in England with my family, My wife Josie and my children Reeve, Ameleah and baby Max.

I'm the proprieter of EarthGB Limited which is a Electrical Contracting company in the U.K which I formed in 1998.

Condo in Cancun is Paradise, whilst on vacation with my brother-in-law and our families in May 2005 we stayed at the Riu Cancun 5 star resort which is located next door to these brand new condominiums. We simply fell in love with Cancun and more so with this location in Cancun. The location of these condos are second to none. Located on the best white powdery beaches and with views of the Caribbean Sea all around you is just breath taking. we all always so disappointed when we leave but look forward to our return hoping that it wont be too long.

Cancun is the gateway to the fascinating Mayan world. In its surrounding areas, you can visit interesting archaeological zones and islands with calm waters, which offer ideal beaches for relaxing. You can also check out various theme parks with a wide variety of attractions: skin holes, underground rivers, and bird sanctuaries surrounded by the region's lush vegetation. Cruise from Puerto Juarez, Punta Sam or Playa Linda. Visit Isla Mujeres just 14 km away from one of the most attractive destinations of the Mexican Caribbean. There are so many trips to take with Cozumel where there's the Parque Nacional de Arrecifes, great for scuba diving and also offers such attractions as ancient Mayan temples, located in the island's northern region, a sanctuary built to honor Mayan goddess Ixhel, the Cozmel Island Museum, the botanical garden of Chankanaab and ecological reserve Punta Sur, where you can see different plant and animal species that live in mangroves and lagoons.

Only 30 days. We want more. We were very pleased with the location of this
great condo . There was room for 6 adults to have their own space but get together
for meals ,drinks on the deck with a view, playing games, and just enjoying this
beautiful area of Cancun.

The bus was right out the door and comes every 5 min. The trip to Explor is a must.
It's like an adult amusement park.

Mex-treme resturant is very tasteful and fun. The resturant next to the pier was
also very good. Going downtown to Perico's is also a fun time.

Everyone from the guards at the front gate,girls at the spa, men at the pool made
you feel welcome and safe. Freddie came through with all of our requests and
suggested a wonderful Chinese resturant downtown.

We don't want to think of winter yet ,but can't wait to return. Sandie and John

Paradise!

The condo is stunning with the most amazing views. I went to sleep at night hearing the waves crashing on the beach and woke up to uninterrupted views of the sea. The condo is really spacious and high spec. and is really well equipped including a handy washing machine and separate drier. I stayed with 6 friends and there was plenty of room for all of us. The grounds are lovely and are kept in immaculate condition. The pool is the best I have ever been in and was lovely and warm and the spa was great for relaxing in. The condo was right on the beach and just a 5 minute walk from the busier coco bongo beach. The location is great for enjoying everything that Cancun has to offer and we enjoyed trips to see the Mayan ruins at Tulum as well as snorkeling. The condo is so lovely and well positioned it is like a little piece of paradise! I would definitely recommend it for a fantastic holiday.

We had an amazing week at this condo. The pictures can't do justice to the stunning ocean views. We would just sit on the patio and talk and play board games while enjoying the view. The other major plus was the pool area. The kids enjoyed both pools and the beach was right there. The location was perfect. Overall, we had a fantastic time. There were a few small things like the need for new linens and the plastic patio chair that kept breaking when you sat in it, but when I spoke to the owner after the trip he said he was going to take care of it. And, based on the pictures there are a lot of great updates! There is no question that we would recommend this property, and we will also be back, hopefully next year.
