The Villa is fully air conditioned for your comfort, the large Family Room has been beautifully furnished and is tiled throughout. It includes a comfortable lounge area with sliding patio doors opening onto the pool deck. Comfortable seating makes this a perfect place for enjoying cable TV or a DVD. The screened private pool has a shaded lanai where you can sit on the comfortable pool deck furniture, the pool is secured for your privacy and there is a removable pool side fence which is in place for the safety of our younger guests should you need it. There is a raised bubbly spa for you, your family and friends to sit, relax or laze out in the warm Sunshine of Florida. The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need for a quick family snack or that special meal for loved ones. You can choose to eat at the informal breakfast area, or at the formal dinning table. There is a telephone offering free local calls and an answering machine for messages while you are out

Orlando Florida is known for its fabulous golf courses, the Villa is located close to many courses which have been designed by top PGA golfers and major title winners like Greg Norman's Championsgate 36 hole award winning golf course. Orlando MCO and Sandford are the 2 international airports. Before departing Orlando MCO, make sure you have about $2 to cover the tolls. From Orlando MCO, take the 'South Exit 417' as you leave the airport, continue onto I-4 west 'Tampa / Disney World' to exit 58, take exit 58, make a left turn. Go straight down a few miles, cross Hwy 54 and continue on Osceola Polk Road to the end of the road at which you will make a right turn onto 17/92. Aviana is a couple of miles down on the right. Turn into Hart Road for the entrance to Aviana Holiday Resort. Before departing Sandford airport, make sure you have about $5 to cover the tolls. Take Hwy 417 Greeneway South towards Orlando Kissimiee and area attractions.
