Charming Beachfront Condo in Navarre Beach, Florida

The ONLY thing charming about this unit was the view. Upon arrival, we were VERY DISAPOINTED....The unit was dirty, everything was OLD and WORN OUT. The faucet leaks, ice maker in ref. didn't work,most of the hinges on the cabinets and furniture were off and not able to close.. The carpet was SO DIRTY and OLD, I requested it to be cleaned. So our entire first day of vacation we made a trip for a mop, and celaning supplies. My daughter and I cleaned everything, from toilets to the floors to the ref. etc. We had a repair man there, and a carpet cleaner there, NOT the way you want to start a vacation. The pillows and bedding were DISCUSSING, which thanks to Julie (property Manger) the pillows were repalced. Sliding doors to the decks didn't function properely. Washer and dryer are so old they didn't work properely. The elevators were broken about 20 % of the time. In which my 7 year old grandaughter and family were trapped in the HOT elevatior for awhile, resulting in the family fearing to ride the elevator, along with many families as well.. My husband repaired the garbage disposer, upon arrival, which was clogged and NASTY. Please think twice before considering THIS UNIT. It needs a COMPLETE UPGRADE, AS EVERTHING IS OLD AND WORN OUT...THANK YOU TO JULIE,(PROPERTY MANAGER) she did the best she could do for us, considering the conditions of the unit. P.S. My husband went to sit on the lounger on our patio to enjoy the view of the gulf, resulting in injuring his back, due to a broken louger. ALL IN ALL PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT.!!!!! I talked with other families and viewed 2 other units there, they had paid less money for that same week and there units were nicer. The pool was clean, and maintained.
