Backing onto a conservation area this fantastic holiday villa provides the perfect place to relax & unwind, only 9 miles drive from Disney. Upgraded furniture throughout & now includes a games room with pool, football, darts & internet access. TV's in bedrooms & PlayStation 2 in one.

Features include Extra Large sunny south facing swimming pool & spa with extended lanai for all day sunshine. The gorgeous pool backs onto a woodland conservation area so you can sit back poolside or in the spa & watch the beautiful sunsets & wildlife. Open outlook provides a more private & peaceful setting than most similar villas.

Highgate Park is an exclusive, sought after gated community situated on Highway 27 just under 2 miles west of the junction with the US192, taking you directly to Disney. A variety of excellent golf close by. 15 minutes along Highway 27 is Lake Louisa State Park, activities include canoeing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, horse & nature trails. Wal-mart & Publix are nearby

Highgate Park is located 1.5 miles south of the 192 on Highway 27. It is a quiet suburb that is safe for children but central enough for easy access to all the attractions including restaurants and entertainment. Our home is 10 minutes from Walt Disney World and just an hour from Tampa and the Gulf Coast and the Space Coast.

There are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive and an excellent Publix and new Wal-Mart supermarket 5 minutes away.

This Florida holiday villa is ideally situated for a day at the beach with the wonderful beaches on the East & West coasts easily accessible, a comfortable drive along the I-4.

I think the kids preferred the Villa over the WDW

It's the perfect getaway for families or for the mature set looking for some down time: a tennis court on the next corner, a seniors golf course down the road, 15 minutes from Disney World and 25 minutes from Sea World - definitely something for everyone! And if you don't feel like going anywhere, the villa is fully equipped with a games room, pool/hot tub and a games console for gamers...

It was beyond our expectations. We thought it was going to be great, but it was amazing - large, bright, open and very clean - what more can you ask for? Between you and me, I think the kids preferred splashing in the pool over WDW...

Thanks for everything, John and Barbara...we've recommended your villa to all of our friends and we'll definitely be back!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Great villa with huge pool!

Dear Barbara and John, thankyou for a great stay at your fabulous villa.
We spent two weeks at this great villa in August. Upon arrival it was lovely and clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the pool and lanai which were much bigger than all the neighbouring villas! The open views over fields and woodland meant we had a pleasant view when lounging around the pool and plenty of privacy. The kids, aged 5 and 14, enjoyed the gamesroom and games console.
The villa is in a good location and handy for Disney/Universal etc. It was well equipped with everything you could ask for.
We have stayed in a few Florida villas but would definately recommend this villa.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
