The James Leonard house is located in the Historic District of Savannah, and walking distance to the stores, restaurants, and Forsyth Park. Free shuttle bus is one block away. 1200 sq.ft, and all the historic charm of a Victorian home with modern conveniences. 2 large rooms, with queen beds and all the finest furniture and a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The pool is shared but very private, and is open during the warm weather. the condo is on the first floor, with double door entry, was built in 1886, and renovated in 2008. It has heart pine floors, a fireplace, 12 foot ceilings, and custom kitchen with granite tops and stainless appliances. Open the french doors leads to the deck over looking the pool. Linens and towels are provided, along with water and coffee.
