4 bedroom, 2.5 bath sleeps 8-10 comfortably

Feel the stress drift away as you walk into this relaxing, one-story 2,900 square foot vacation house. This house is great for any group - from family gatherings to golf outings to baseball fans attending spring training. With plantation shutters throughout, the house is tastefully and comfortably-simple decorated. The large kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, includes a dining table that seats 8 easily and opens to the family room with flat screen tv with cable, scanner/printer/copier/fax machine, high speed internet, L-shaped sectional couch and access to the backyard. The living room sports a fireplace, comfortable seating and a games table which has pool, foosball, air hockey and pingpong. Four spacious bedrooms - one king and three queen - have outrageously comfortable beds and ceiling fans. A travel crib, high chair, stroller and children's toys and DVDs also available. Fabulous heated pool in huge backyard with covered patio, outdoor seating and dining.

Family friendly and safe!: The house is well equipped for families. Facilities for a baby/toddler include a travel crib, high chair, stroller, bouncy activity saucer, some toys, books and DVDs, life vests, and pool toys. There is a cabinet next to the second bathroom that makes a fantastic changing area.

Older children are never bored with the pool, games table which has foosball, air hockey, mini-pool and ping pong, large side yard in which to run, climb tress, throw a baseball or just lounge in the sun.

All doors to outside chime when opened and all doors to the backyard have two knobs, one high on the door, which children are unable to reach. The house is spread out on one floor so there is plenty of space for everyone. The house makes for a safe and relaxing vacation for all.

***Additional fee to heat the pool. It heats off of a propane heater, so you will pay for the propane used. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it.

Plus walk to a fantastic children's playground with full-sized basketball court and nature walk. Close by are hiking and mountain biking trails, horseback riding, West World, the Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction, MLB spring training, art shows. A 30 minute drive will take you to the Phoenix Zoo, Desert Botanical Gardens, Bartlett Lake, hot-air ballooning, desert Jeep tours, rafting on the Salt River and more.

  • The large master bedroom has direct access to pool. The gorgeous master bath has a bath and separate shower, two sinks and huge walk in closet. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The other full bathroom has two sinks and a tub/shower. Two bedrooms have large walk in closets and the other has an armoire. The two couches in the living room pullout to twin beds. All linens and towels are included. Everyone who stays in this house comments about how comfortable the beds are. Come see for yourself!

Beautiful, well appointed home

My young daughters and I spent a week at this wonderful house. We had a great time and could not have been more pleased. The house is spacious and has any amenities needed. The pool area was beautifully landscaped and very private. We could not have asked for anything more.

Our family, which included 6 adults and a 8 month old grandchild -just returned from our stay at this beautiful home and we had a great time! We spent 7 nights at the home, and highly enjoyed the surrounding areas, as we took advantage of the many golf courses and spring training baseball venues. The house was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the great weather, as the pool and patio areas comfortably accommodated outside activities. The home itself is very beautiful, with four bedrooms and very large living spaces - and everything is exceptionally maintained. We found that the home had everything we needed, with many extras (i.e., baby crib) that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our family is hoping to return next year!

Wonderful, relaxing vacation for the entire family

We had a great Spring Break in Scottsdale. This home was wonderful! Our teenage daughter brought a girlfriend along and we all loved relaxing and reading by the pool. It was so quiet and beautiful. Our 11 year old son had a great time as well. He loved the game table! This home was well equipped and very well organized. I have stayed in a lot of vacation homes and this was one of the best! I would definitely recommend it to others!

A quiet, clean, comfortable, relaxing getaway!!!!

This home was the perfect place for my team of 8 to say before and after we would walk 60 miles in the Breast Cancer 3 Day. The home offered everything we could think of. It was extremely clean and comfortable for all of us to relax and enjoy each other’s company. It was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. We could not have asked for a more perfect home or better owners to deal with. The owners where very understanding about our cause and even donated a portion of the rent to the Breast Cancer 3 day.

Excellent place to stay with kids.

We were on a golf / spring training vacation with 2 single men and 2 families with 3 kids total. The house was beautiful and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. The people we did meet were very friendly.

The owners were very friendly and had excellent communication. One of the reasons we picked this house was during communicating with the owner, she told us of all the kid friendly things that were already at the house which we wouldn't have to bring.

I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.
