Feel the stress drift away as you walk into this relaxing, one-story 2,900 square foot vacation house. This house is great for any group - from family gatherings to golf outings to baseball fans attending spring training. With plantation shutters throughout, the house is tastefully and comfortably decorated. The large kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, includes a dining table that seats 8 easily and opens to the family room with flat screen tv with cable, scanner/printer/copier/fax machine, high speed internet, L-shaped sectional couch and access to the backyard. The living room sports a fireplace, comfortable seating and a games table which has pool, foosball, air hockey and pingpong. Four spacious bedrooms - one king and three queen - have outrageously comfortable beds and ceiling fans. A travel crib, high chair, stroller and children's toys and DVDs also available. Fabulous heated pool in huge backyard with covered patio, outdoor seating and dining.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please note, a monthly rental is 4 weeks. Additional nights will be charged by night or week rate.
  • The cleaning fee is $300 for parties of 6 or less, $400 for parties of 7 and over. A deposit of 50% of rate due at time of booking confirmation, the remaining 50% due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Pool heat charge is $50.00 per day, paid in advance, 2 weeks prior to arrival. You must choose pool heat prior to arrival (recommended from October thru May).
    Cleaning charge also paid in advance, 2 weeks prior to arrival. Deposit will be forfeited if confirmed reservation is canceled within one month of arrival date unless owner is able to fill the reserved time at the same rate.
  • Check-in is 3:00pm. Check-out by 11:00am. Early check-in or late check-out must be pre-arranged with owner.

Family friendly and safe!: The house is well equipped for families. Facilities for a baby/toddler include a travel crib, high chair, stroller, bouncy activity saucer, some toys, books and DVDs, life vests, and pool toys. There is a cabinet next to the second bathroom that makes a fantastic changing area. Older children are never bored with the pool, games table which has foosball, air hockey, mini-pool and ping pong, large side yard in which to run, climb tress, throw a baseball or just lounge in the sun. All doors to outside chime when opened and all doors to the backyard have two knobs, one high on the door, which children are unable to reach. The house is spread out on one floor so there is plenty of space for everyone. The house makes for a safe and relaxing vacation for all.

We were on a golf / spring training vacation with 2 single men and 2 families with 3 kids total. The house was beautiful and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. The people we did meet were very friendly.

The owners were very friendly and had excellent communication. One of the reasons we picked this house was during communicating with the owner, she told us of all the kid friendly things that were already at the house which we wouldn't have to bring.

I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Perfect Family Getaway

The house, the layout and the location were perfect! There were five of us and we all had extremely comfortable beds to sleep in and space to roam! The pool was immaculate and the perfect temperature. There was tons of privacy and we felt like we were on our own private island. We went hiking and walking every morning and all the neighbors were extremely friendly. It is a perfect location to downtown and the airport. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to escape to Arizona. We still look at our pictures from that trip and can't wait to return!

Just What the doctor ordered!

I stayed in this beautiful home with 4 friends for a one-week getaway. We had plenty of space, but still felt cozy. Tons of amenities! I loved the proximity to Pinnacle Peak Park. We went climbing every morning! Then it was back to the pool for swimming, lounging and lunch from the out door grill. I really thought the layout was great. The rooms were perfect in size, and quiet when I felt like a nap. When the week was over, it was hard to leave. But, we all agreed we would be back…….soon!

Great place to stay

I wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed renting your Scottsdale home. This was the first time we've actually stayed in Scottsdale and not knowing the area very well, we were very satisfied having chose your place to stay. First of all, the house is lovely. Very spacious with a nice open feel. The bedrooms are large and the layout was perfect for us. The best thing for us was the backyard. With the patio, grill, and pool, we spent alot of time outside. The furniture out there was great. The pool was awesome. We chose not to heat the pool and it was just right for the time we were there.

As far as the location, it worked out well for us. It was very convenient to get groceries and any supplies we needed. The neighborhood was very well kept and quiet.

We would definately recommend your place to others and we look forward to returning soon for another stay.

Loved it!!!

I stayed at this house for a week in October with 5 friends, and it was fantastic! We hiked every morning at Pinnacle Peak and enjoyed the pool all afternoon. The kitchen was perfect for cooking big group meals. We ate at the large kitchen table for a few dinners, but mostly at the large table outside near the pool. The beds are beautiful and more comfortable than the one I have at home!

I really like the way the home is decorated and the furniture is really nice. The cold floor tiles are heaven to walk on, as is the cushiony carpeting in the bedrooms.

The well-landscaped house is located in a great quiet neighborhood, making hiking and shopping and day excursions quite easy. There is even a mall, movie theaters, library and a non-denomenational church close by. I can't wait to come back!
