Ground level has two bedrooms (one queen and two twins), full bath, fully equipped open kitchen, dining area and living room opening onto a large covered lanai. Step down from your deck to a generous lawn area overlooking the ocean. Take steps down to the small, sandy beach with reef and tidepools to explore. Additional information about rental rates

  • Please contact owner for availablility.
  • $500 Security Deposit Required at time of booking to secure the reservation. We require a security deposit on a credit card (No American Express), to hold your reservation and cover cleaning, and if needed, key replacement damages, etc. The deposit is not applied towards the rent. We refund the deposit, minus the cleaning within the 14 days after your departure. The MINIMUM cleaning fee of $210 covers pre-arrival, departure cleaning and soap and some paper products left at the unit for you. We require payment of the rent in full by check 30 days prior to arrival. We will email fax or mail you a letter of receipt for the deposit, along with our rental agreement. This agreement will need to be completed, signed and sent back as soon as possible.
  • This home shares a property with three other licensed vacation homes which can be used to accommodate larger groups or to hold weddings or reunions.
