    Entire property $1,500.00/night plus tax. Out Clean Fee: $650.00 deducted from *Security Deposit of $2,500.00.

    5 nights minimum rental unless owner agrees to shorter rental period.

  • The 3 Bedroom Main House has a Japanese deep soaking 'Furo' tub and a shower that you don't want to miss after long hours of adventure. The 1 Bedroom Guest House has a color airbath soaking tub and a flat screen TV for your relaxation. Both homes also has an outdoor shower to rinse off before entering the house.

  • There are two homes on this beachfront property. The 3 bedroom Main House comfortably will accommodate 6 people. We use only the Top of the Line Beds for a restful sleep. The King Bed is a plush medium firmness. The Queen size bed is a 'Tempur-Pedic' foam bed which provides excellent spinal support. Twin beds are plush and medium firm. The 1 bedroom Guest House comfortably will accommodate 2 people or a max of 4. The California King bed is top of the line with a plush pillow top.

Our large open beam living room looks out toward an expansive green lawn that leads to one of the Worlds best white sand beach. Air-conditioned throughout the house with ceiling fans in every room. The floor coverings are travertine tiles. You will find that you need to bring very little. The kitchen is fully appointed. Washer and a dryer are available. To name a few, wireless internet access, towels, books, games, outdoor barbecue grill, hair dryers, iron, are all there. Furniture is all top of the line.

3 Bedroom Main House: Amazing Private Beachfront Estate on the best part of beautiful Kailua Beach. Expansive lawns and gardens on an acre of property give you your own Private Paradise. Rent the Main House, Guest House or both. Very friendly, comfortable and well maintained homes! There are two homes on this beachfront property. The 3 Bedroom Main House fronting the beach opens to the lush green lawn. It was extensively renovated to include HD plasma TVs in all bedrooms and the living room. One of the bedroom/entertainment has a state of the art 60' HD plasma TV. In addition a gourmet kitchen has been added along with air conditioning through the house. The deep soaking Japanese 'furo' tub is another added feature that you don't want to miss. The Main House has one King size bed, one Queen”Tempur-Pedic” bed, and two Twin beds. The Main House will comfortably accommodate 3 couples or 6 people.

1 Bedroom Guest House: The 1 bedroom GUEST HOUSE was also renovated to include 72' HD big screen TV in the living/dining, 50' HD plasma TV in the bedroom, and finally 26' HD plasma TV in the bathroom. The Tropical Plants surround the GUEST HOUSE and face a large patio for dining outdoor or just relaxing. The spacious living/dining room area includes a queen sleeper sofa that can be converted to a second bedroom. We have a fully equipped and upgraded kitchen that faces the patio along with air conditioning in the bedroom and the living/dining room. The added Air Bath Soaking Tub is another feature for your relaxation. The Master Bedroom of the GUEST HOUSE includes a King-sized bed where the sounds of the ocean and trade winds lull you asleep! The Guest house will accommodate 2 couples of 4 people.
