New three bedroom vacation get-away is decorated like a model with all the newest blue and brown decor. There is a great view of the water and 13th fairway from the private screened-in-porch and the living room, which features ceiling fan, couch, two matching chairs and two ottomans. The entertainment center holds a 32' TV with cable, DVD player, VCR and a stereo. This third floor unit is conveniently located near the elevator. WIRELESS INTERNET AVAILABLE (Newly decorated in March 2008.) Also, you can enjoy the safety of the gated community. A full kitchen is stocked with all necessities should you desire to cook. A beautiful table and chairs for six is located in the dining room. For your convenience there is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Also, there are many storage closets to store your suitcases and golf clubs. Enjoy the view of the golf course from the balcony, which has a table and seating for six as well as an electric grill with lava rocks for a BBQ.

International Villas are only a twenty-minute drive from the Myrtle Beach Airport and five miles from Myrtle Beach. Shopping at the popular Inlet Mall is a short two mile drive and the closest grocery store is a few blocks away. Enjoy swimming in the beautiful Villa's pool. It is open year round! Minimum Age Limit for Renters.

There is also swimming at Myrtle Beach State Park, Huntington State Park, which have gorgeous private beaches on the ocean or enjoy the Garden City Beach. A beach pass is at the condo for your use. All are located close by. For golf discounts you will find the passport card at the condo. Smoke alarms in every room, a carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and sprinklers are included for your safety. Renters must be at least 23 years old or with parents. Motorcycles are welcome. Trailers can be stored at one of the near by storage facilities.

Golf: The passport discount golf card at our condo will give 4 golfers approx.30-50% off at most major golf courses.

Other Activities: Boating, shelling, parasailing, miniature golf.

My family completely enjoyed our stay in this condo! It's beautiful! The description was quite accurate - the furniture nice, yet comfy - and plenty of room for 5 adults! We would highly recommend this property!

We just returned from renting Shirley's condo in Murrell's Inlet...close enough to great beaches, great shopping...nice pool, beautifully kept, secure community. Extremely clean, extremely comfortable, just what our family of 5 (3 little girls) needed. We will definitely come back, and we will recommend to anyone heading toward Myrtle Beach. Easy drive to Myrtle Beach, and far away enough that it's a nice relaxing place to stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

Excellent Vacation Home!

Our family just return from spending a week at this lovely condo. It is beautifully decorated, has a well stocked kitchen and with plenty of room. It includes all your towels and linens, has 3 beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
It is only a few minutes to the sand and the golf course is excellent.
Working with Shirley, the owner, was a pleasure. She was professional and prompt.
We will be sure to stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends and family!
