Payment Options:: Visa, Mastercard, Discover A Credit Card number is required on all reservations. For those without credit card, a cash security deposit of $300 is required at time of check-in.

Deposit Information:: Deposit required is $300 on spring and fall reservations. Deposit is due within 7 days of making the reservation. A $500 deposit is required on June, July and August reservations. Deposit can be paid with a personal check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card. Credit card used for deposits must be presented at check-in for verification. Balances due 30 days before arrival and can be paid with a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). We also accept personal checks, bank checks and money orders. Beach Home rentals and monthly rentals require a 30% deposit within 7 days of making the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:: If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, which provides full coverage for cancellations, a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee, is given only if the property is re-rented and if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel with less than 30 days until your arrival date, all money is forfeited if travel insurance is not selected.
