Payment Options:: Visa, Mastercard, Discover A Credit Card number is required on all reservations. For those without credit card, a cash security deposit of $300 is required at time of check-in.

Deposit Information:: Deposit required is $300 on spring and fall reservations. Deposit is due within 7 days of making the reservation. A $500 deposit is required on June, July and August reservations. Deposit can be paid with a personal check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card. Credit card used for deposits must be presented at check-in for verification. Balances due 30 days before arrival and can be paid with a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). We also accept personal checks, bank checks and money orders. Beach Home rentals and monthly rentals require a 30% deposit within 7 days of making the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:: If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, which provides full coverage for cancellations, a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee, is given only if the property is re-rented and if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel with less than 30 days until your arrival date, all money is forfeited if travel insurance is not selected.

atlantica is ok but don't rent thru condolux

The atlantica is a little run down and dirty but it's not horrible. i didn't care for the parking lot being 2 blocks away. i guess for the price it's not too bad. the pics they show are definately from a long time ago. i understand that there is a new owner so maybe they will improve it. also, i would go back to myrtle beach but i would not stay so far south on ocean blvd. there were a lot of young party all day and night types in that area. it reminded me of vegas with all of the drinking, swearing and fighting so if you have kids i would stay much further north. on the other hand DO NOT rent anything thru condolux. they switched our unit at the last minute and didn't even bother to tell me, there were no shower curtains when we arrived (at 10:30pm) , the unit was filthy, they said the atlantica had onsite parking and a restaurant which was not true and there was no internet service in the unit as promised. i left a message asking for someone to call me about it but nobody bothered to call me back. i had to keep calling until i got someone on the phone. i spoke to the person at the front desk of the atlantica and he said that condolux customers constantly have the same problems. he also told me that about 5 other condolux renters checked in that day and besides not having shower curtains when they arrived there were also no bed or bath linens so i guess i was pretty lucky.
