Trail Head Lodge, located on the trail in Christmas, just 5 miles to Munising and a walk away to the casino, restaurants, bar & beach. With 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, Snowmobilers and weekend Casino players need to look no further; Trail Head Lodge can sleep 9 in beds with plenty of room for a couple more if you bring an air mattress. If you have a large group of up to 18, Evergreen Cottage (on this site) is within walking distance and sleeps up to 8 guests. Other amenities include, gas fireplace; sauna; prep kitchen with dinnerware & cookware, range, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, slow cooker, blender and more! Once you get here, all you need is your snowmobile and groceries. If you prefer to eat out, restaurants are within walking distance. We welcome you with a gift upon your arrival. No smoking is allowed inside. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. This lodge is privately owned.

Nearest Beach: beach at 50 Miles
Trail Head Lodge is only 5 miles east of Munising in the village of Christmas. Lake Superior and beach is a short walk or bike ride away. The snowmobile trail is 'at the door'; actually at the end of the driveway, so you can see the trail from the lodge. The casino is within walking distance and has a restaurant and bar inside. Foggy's Restaurant and Trails End Bar is within walking distance.
