Third floor waterfront condominium overlooks Manteo Harbor, Festival Island Park and historic attractions. Short walk to dozens of shops and restaurants. One block to public docks, half a block to the movies or children's playground. Over two miles of sound front paved walkway is accessible from the adjacent harbor. Elizabethan Gardens, Lost Colony outdoor drama, Fort Raleigh historic site, NC public Aquarium and regional airport (MQI)within 10 minute drive. Fifteen minute drive to Nags Head public beaches, Jockey's Ridge and Outer Banks shopping and restaurants. Building equipped with elevator and password secured parking.

This condo on the marina was more than we expected from viewing the web photos. It is large, well furnished, has one of the best supplied kitchens, and is as quite as they come. With the parking garage and elevator, it is easily on the "coming and goings" of a busy vacation week of traveling off the island, as well as, moving in and out of. There are so many wonderful and beautiful sights to behold within walking distannce that a person could almost not need to move a vehicle for most of the stay. Probably the best feature of this rental is it's location on the third floor, overlooking the marina, bay, sound, Festival Park, and the boardwalk. The sunrises are fabulous and there is always something happening on the land, on the sea, and even in the air that is worth a photograph or a long look with the binoculars. The neighbors were great (but not bothersome at all) and the unit was very, very, clean. If there was a quilt top, king sized bed in the master bedroom, I don't believe I would ever want to leave.

We had a great time. The unit was clean, well located, and very pleasant. The other residents, most of whom were property owners, were very pleasant and friendly. The parking garage was convenient and secure. Several good restaurants are easy walking distance from the unit. Great view overlooking the harbour. We especially enjoyed our meal at Darell's.

I would highly recommend this rental and we hope to return.
