Very great place. It was clean, plenty of room, very private and nice backyard. The owner and manager was very helpful with anything we needed. The area was great for anything we wanted in the valley. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would recommend it!

We found the property to be as described in the listing. The location was ideal for anyone staying in the eastern part of the greater Phoenix area. The house was well furnished and the manager was very responsive to any request for help. Our month long stay in this quiet local Mesa neighborhood was quite pleasant. The area that needs improvement is the carpet in the common hallway (it needs to be replaced).

I would recommend the property and the property manager to friends and may use it again next year.

Our family had a great time here. This location is terrific. The house had everything we needed. This was the first time we've rented an entire house for travel. We'll definitely do it again and when we're back in Mesa, I hope this one is available. We had so much room and it was great to park in a garage!

This was better than home away from home. Love the big kitchen and having 2 living rooms. The garden tub in the master bath was fabulous!

My family stayed in in this house for a week, the house was well maintained and the description of the property was accurate.The owner did everything he could to ensure we were satified with the house and our stay. The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful. If you need a place to stay while visiting the valley you will be happy with this house.
