Lakeside cottage retreat--50 feet from the water!--perfect for a family, with 90 feet of Lake Dunmore frontage and large dock. Comfortable rustic interior with living room & stone fireplace, kitchen, two bedrooms downstairs, master bedroom upstairs with balcony, 4th bedroom upstairs. Laundry room with washer/dryer. Approximately 20 minutes south of Middlebury and 5 minutes from Branbury State Park on Lake Dunmore.
