House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Recently redecorated with personality and charm, this family friendly house has a fully equipped galley style kitchen with table seating for 6. Games, books, movies and music all available for your entertainment. Three cable TV's allow for different choices among the guests, young and old.

The front patio, nestled under the umbrella of a Live Oak tree, is the perfect gathering spot for parties or outdoor eating. Plenty of chairs and side tables.

Our vacation house is conveniently located just a short 2 minute walk to the soft white sands of the Bay Areas most famous beach. Also within easy walking distance are the beach shops, restaurants, public pool, tennis and basketball courts, the community center, a playground and the beautiful Chapel By The Sea. Stroll down the beach to Pier 60 where you'll find a festival every night. A great place to take the kids!

Don't feel like walking? No problem. Just hop on the Jolley Trolley or ride one of our two bicycles anywhere on the beach.

About The Owner

For almost fifty years our family has enjoyed the Clearwater Beach life. The easy, laid back atmosphere, white sandy beaches and many activities have drawn us back time after time with our children and grandchildren. When our Mom, who was living there at the time, moved back to Ohio, we decided to redecorate and share this wonderful beach house with others.

The Owner purchased this house in 1960
What makes this house unique

Our Cyprus Ave house is on a quiet side street only a few blocks from the beach ... an easy walk for children and adults. For your convenience, you'll find that a lot of the start up item you need to begin your vacation, such as paper products, soap, coffee filters, are already there at the house.

perfect family vacation

Perfect little home for our Clearwater vacation. Location was ideal for our needs - only 2 streets away from the beach. Public pool and tennis courts as well as a library right on the corner.
House was clean, beds & pillows were comfortable. Plenty of towels for bath & beach. Nothing missing - fully equipped kitchen, all the utensils and small appliances you need. Plenty of beach materials as well; beach umbrella, chairs, floating devices, beach toys - name it, they had it. Beach was beautiful and not too crowded & not too close to the big hotel scene.
Overall; Our party of 5 had a great time. House exceeded my expectations - I don't think the pictures do justice to how pretty this little spot is. Great location & great value. I have already recommended this home to friends. And I would return.

Wonderful beach house in Clearwater.

Had the best time of our lives. House was great. Location was awesome. Very short walk to beach. Conviently located for shopping, eating, or just enjoying the beach. Great for family memeories to be made. My family and I will be going back many more times. We all loved it and didn't wanna leave. House had comfortable beds, nice patio, and was very clean. Spent a month there and going back next year for sure. Recommend this place for anyone who loves white sand, beautiful sunsets, and water. Owner's were great and answered all questions very quickly. LOVED IT!!!!

Great House in Clearwater Beach... Thoroughly Enjoyed Our Stay

Quiet, central location. Easy access to the trolley stop. Very close to the beach. Within walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants. Playground nearby. Beds are comfortable. House was very clean and very comfortably furnished. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances. Nice laundry facilities. Brochures and maps were helpful. Outdoor front patio is nice. Next to the public library. Owners are very nice and easy to work with. Our family had a great stay here. We highly recommend this house to others.

Clean, comfortable and convenient in Clearwater condo (home)

This 3 bedroom home is two blocks from the night life on the Clearwater beach. It is quiet and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Florida. My brother and I have spent the last 8 winters in the sunny south and this home is very simply a "home away from home".
