    $25 extra per pet approved for weekly stay. $70 extra per pet approved for monthly stays.
    Special rates will apply for less than weekly stays. More than 1 month rentals can receive discount.

Without any crowding the villa sleeps 6 comfortably.

Many restaurants are within two miles of the house. A large grocery store is within 2 miles of the house. The German Community Center is within 1/2 mile of the house, where the largest October Festival is held. A row boat is available. Fishing is allowed off the dock or row boat in the lake. Lots of excursions are available for nature tours, animals, fishing, golfing and gambling. Fishing village of Matlacha is only 3 miles away.

Great place to stay. Very clean and the furniture was very nice. The pool was clean and the yard was kept up nicely.The view of the lake was great. We had a great time and did a lot of sightseeing.We will go back again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
