Located on Ninigret Pond, Charlestown RI (in the exclusive Arnolda colony)this house has has 4 bedrooms in which 3 are queen beds and 1 is a double. The views from the screened in porch off the majestic living room w/ fireplace, are stunning! There is a dock, so you can bring a small boat (Ninigret has access to the ocean), kayak or canoe. This 2-story house has a full bath both up and down as well as a full kitchen w/dishwasher & dining room downstairs. On the first floor is laundry & two bedrooms. The other two bedrooms and full bath are upstairs. The house is also equipped with outdoor grill, TV & wireless internet. Although there is no A/C,there are fans but there is usually a lovely breeze off the pond and from the ocean. Charlestown is small & quaint and there is much to do from shopping the boutiques to visiting art galleries. We also have many major events such as the Circus, Seafood Festival, Rhythm & Roots and many more--check our local Chamber of Commerce, just up road.
