1890 historic 2 bedroom plus, 1 bath restored one and a half story cottage adjacent to VMI on North Main Street in Lexington, Va. $225 per night plus tax

This home has been completely renovated in the past four years. It has been furnished with fine linens, china, silver, crystal, and other beautiful appointments for the discerning guest. Age limit of 35+..not suitable for children. This property has a paved parking area for four to five cars in front of the low brick wall.

Easy ten minutes walk to Washington and Lee University, VMI, and Downtown with the many fine restaurants, shops, and theater. 6/10 mile to Downtown. Visit the website below.

We had a wonderful W&L parents' weekend. It was nice to have a "home" for my daughter to hang out at with her family. The house was immaculate with all the amenities and equipment needed for a comfortable stay. The beds and linens were very nice. There was an unexpected supply of beverages and snacks provided for us upon our arrival - a very thoughtful touch! I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Have stayed here 3 times now and love it more with each stay! Convenient to everything and a great point from which to walk through all the campuses in Lexington. And did I mention the front porch? A wonderful way to end the day listening to the sounds of the country!

The property is emaculately maintained, and the owners stock the kitchen with all sorts of special things that make your first moments delightful! Can't wait to go back!

The historic cottage was wonderful. The property fit the description accurately. It was clean and well maintained. The beds were so comfortable. Very close to downtown Lexington i.e. VMI and W&L. The owner was very helpful.

We had a wonderful time staying in your house for our daughter's Law School Graduation weekend! Everything was delightful, way better than the pictures show! Will recommend it to others and may be able to use it again in the future. It was very convenient, easy to park, spotless and comfortable! We have rented many times from VRBO in Lexington, Vermont and Florida. This is one of our favorites.
