Playa del Carmen Condo Rental Photos and Description
2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, beds for 4
With glass terrace railings, the view off the Sandcastle deck is second to none. We are directly in front of the beach, separated by a two block long cobblestone road which gives access to fishermen and scuba divers. Fllor to celing windows offer the stars of Cozumel and a broad vista all the way down the beach. Walk two blocks up from the beach to Famous Avenida Quinta (5th Avenue) to find great restaurants, swanky rooftop bars with a view of the ocean, fire dancers, adventure outfitters, bike rentals, any type of shop you could desire from local to high end international stores... people watching is the BEST in Playa del Carmen and it is a very unique city in Mexico ... so different than Cancun with its high rises and big city atmosphere.

About Carla Brieman
From Wisconsin and now relocated to North Carolina, I consider Sandcastle 'MI PARAISO!' (MY PARADISE) Playa del Carmen is so different than most vacation places in Mexico in that it is very cosmopolitan, friendly, and safe. You will love the view on the terrace of Sandcastle, overlooking Coco Beach and in the evening...seeing the mesmerizing stars of Cozumel.
Carla Brieman purchased this condo in 2008
Why Carla Brieman chose Playa del Carmen
This is a quieter part of Playa del Carmen, yet a short walk to all the restaurants and entertainment you could wish for.
Guestbook comments from the owner
Loved the condo, very comfortable, spent a great deal of time on the balcony...breakfast, happy hour, late night, and rainy days. Very nice view to Elements Beach, Comfortable arrangements all around.
A real perk here is the freezer makes ice very quickly so we only purchased one bag of ice the first day...after that, we could keep up with our usage. We trust that all those who follow behind us will enjoy their stay as much as we did!
