'Sittin Pretty' is located at St. Martin Beachwalk Villas where, you will find something here for everyone. Have a family barbecue at one of the several outdoor grills. Lounge on the sunning deck with your favorite beverage. Swim in the sparkling swimming pool - with nice clean bathroom and vending machine on the pool deck. The beach access is just a short walk away. Older kids can walk across the street and spend the day at Big Kahunas Waterpark. Take the family for an evening at The Track Amusement Park and try your hand at mini golf or go-cart racing! If deep-sea fishing is your thing, the famous Destin fishing fleet is just a couple of miles down the road. Also just a few minutes away are several championship golf courses such as Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay, and the home of the Boeing Golf Championship - the Resort Raven Golf Course. We also have several art galleries, historic museums, The Gulfarium, and much much more.

Our condo is extremely family friendly with a queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in second bedroom. The living room has a sleeper couch.The condo is directly across from the pool. With our private beach walkover there are no streets to cross, it is only a 200-yard walk to the best beach in Florida! A family of 4-6 would be very comfortable. First floor unit.

Quiet location on the 1st floor. No traffic or crowds to deal with.Park right by the door for easy loading and unloading. The beach is just behind the building with no streets to cross, just a short walk on your own private beach walkway or take a dip in the pool with a large sunning deck. Close by: Shopping, restaurants, golf, parks and lots of family activities. Close by Henderson Park, the Destin Harbor, Gulf Shore Drive and water sport activities. Lots within walking distance.

Although you can not see the beach from your window, it's so close you can feel it and hear it. You will want to come back again and again to this piece of Paradise. A perfect beach condo you will fall in love with. Call me, I would love to help you with your vacation plans!
