2010 RATES: FEbruary through May 2010: $2499 per week plus $125 to $150 exit cleaning fee. OF NOTE: Superbowl Week: House is located just 5 miles east of stadium. Rental rate during Feb. 3-7 is $1,900 per night. 3 night minimum. If you want to stay longer, regular nightly rate applies on other nights. Each of two weeks around Passover and Memorial weeks are $3,500 each. June through November 2010: $2299 to $2,600 (depends on number of people in your party and length of stay) per week or $350 per night. Plus $125 to $150 exit cleaning fee. Monthly rates start at $6,000 per month and is available during June through November months only.

This is a wonderful, secluded home. It was our home away from home. We recommend this place to everyone!!

There's just something about this house. Cozy, upscale, fun, clean, beautiful. Great location. Very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Central to everything. Our family really enjoyed our stay and the owners were so nice, we felt like we knew them for years. We would highly recommend anyone staying here. The kids loved the pool and the tv room especially. We always rent homes on vacation and what makes it fun is when you get the right combination of great customer service, responsiveness, a clean and well kept property and a good location. We found all of those things here and will be back next year and tell our friends about it. Thanks Again!
