For those who take care & pride in their homes, this one is for you. Enjoy spacious private home furnished in modern design . You will feel relaxed within moments of walking into this home because it's super clean, spacious and welcoming with expansive windows, French doors. Spacious master suite with sitting area featuring comfortable Sterns and Foster mattress, two living rooms, two junior suites with queen size pillow top beds each and a private room with twin bed and separate shower. Kitchen has granite counters and breakfast bar. All bedrooms have spacious walk-in closets. Excellent location between South Beach and Fort Lauderdale within minutes of the Aventura Mall. the beach, houses of worship. great shopping and restaurants. Satellite TV, Internet access, private pool, great patio furniture, optional grill. Rates vary from $2100 for smaller groups (up to 4) to $3200 larger ones (8 to 10). Rates also depend on if week includes a holiday, etc. Most weeks range bet. $2500-$2800.

There's just something about this house. Cozy, upscale, fun, clean, beautiful. Great location. Very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Central to everything. Our family really enjoyed our stay and the owners were so nice, we felt like we knew them for years. We would highly recommend anyone staying here. The kids loved the pool and the tv room especially. We always rent homes on vacation and what makes it fun is when you get the right combination of great customer service, responsiveness, a clean and well kept property and a good location. We found all of those things here and will be back next year and tell our friends about it. Thanks Again!
