Beautifully decorated by an Interior Designer, this mountain home is designed with comfort and fun in mind. Situated on the 15th hole, this pine covered yard is tucked away on one of Alto's best streets! 5 minuets to Ski Run Road and 10 minuets to mid-town Ruidoso, this home has it all. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, luxury linens on the beds and a big screen TV in the living room where the toasty warm fireplace roars. The decks off the dining /sitting room offer views of local bird life and large deer roaming across the property. Climb into the spa on the back deck after a day of hiking, skiing or horseback riding. Enjoy the star filled sky as you soak in the hot water.

If you like to cook there is a Jenn-air cook top, built-in oven or gas grill on the deck. The large dining room table will accommodate 10 people or for smaller meals, eat in the breakfast nook.
About Linda

We live in central Texas with two children at home and two children grown and married. My husband practices law and I am an Interior Designer. We have two dogs and live in the country. Our kids run our lives right now with high school sports and many friends.

Why Linda chose Ruidoso

We fell in love with the house because of the pine trees around our house and the fairly flat entrance to the door. So many mountain homes have steep entrances. We especially love the cool summers when we escape from the Texas heat. I am looking froward to spending longer summers in Alto. Playing golf out our back door is an added bonus.

What makes this house unique

We love the smell of the mountain air and the view of the golf course. We watch the birds and wildlife go by throughout the day. Getting in the hot tub when it is cold is something our whole family loves. We also like how life slow down in the Ruidoso area. I always feel relaxed when there.

We couldn't have asked for more!

A spacious home filled with everything you could ever need--WiFi, Home Entertainment System, Jacuzzi, Fireplace, Fully-Equipped Kitchen, Breakfast Nook, Dining Area, Puzzles/Games, Cozy Beds and Bedding, and Washer/Dryer! Plus, the home is in a perfect location with quick access to area attractions and local stores.

My wife and kiddos loved every minute of our stay! The property gave us a "cabin in the mountains" feel without sacrificing the luxuries of life.

We highly recommend this home. Linda and Glenn are great owners and were quick to answer any questions we had!
