CHAM Manor offers a warm and friendly atmosphere which is in line with the city of Lake Worth. All units are fullly stocked with appropriate kitchenware, linens, towels and furnishings. Our units are clean and furnished to help our renter feel at home. All our units are on ground level and are smoke free. We do, however, offer lots of outdoor seating for our smoking guests. We are pet friendly provided a security deposit is maintained which is fully refundable at the end of the rental term provided there is no damage to the property and provided the occupants were responsible and cleaned up after their pets. Contact manager for further details. Maid service is also available and all units come with air conditioning, off-street parking, high speed wireless internet and private entrances. We have outdoor tables & BBQ area, gym, firepit for evening conversation, laundry room, lounge chairs and all the creature comforts.
