Fabulous Condo - Great Location!

My family & friends had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful, clean & quiet (end unit). The view was spectacular (15th floor). Location was family friendly with lots of good restaurants, activities & shopping nearby. Beach was well kept, offering chairs & umbrellas to rent if you didn't bring them.
The owner was so easy to deal with and very responsive & patient as we were trying to decide which condo to rent since we weren't familiar with the area.
If you love animals, be sure to check out the T.I.G.E.R Station at Barefoot Landing & 50 acre Preserve (just past the airport). It's an experience you'll never forget, feeding a bottle to a baby lion, holding young tigers & lions, feeding the elephants & much more!
There's a great Italian restaurant, Benny Rappa's Trattoria, just a few blocks away on Hwy 17, between 15th & 14th ave. The menu changes daily. It's a small place so get reservations. we ate dinner there twice. Lots of locals eat there. I heard someone ordering spaghetti sauce, meatballs, italian sausage for the next day. Keep in mind if you want to eat in the condo.
Manny's is a good NY style sandwich place for lunch in South Mrytle if you plan to head to the outlets.
My teenager enjoyed the waterpark in South Mrytle - go when they open so you can get lots of rides before the crowd arrives.
THere's a Kroger's about 2 miles north - very clean & offer courtesy discount passes.
In summary we have a great time & would highly recommend this property!

Thanks for the great review. We will have to try out the TIGER preserve. We have seen the display at Barefoot but never gone to the Preserve itself. Sounds like fun. Benny Rappa's is a good place to go we enjoyed it the last time we went... it is small and popular.
There are so many places to shop. Krogers is great, make sure you get a customer card at customer services so you can save on your purchases. There is a super walmart on Second Street for just about everything else you could need. For our guests that are staying longer or coming from the south there is a Costco and Sams Club near the Myrtle Beach Airport. If you like a cocktail on the balcony we usually bring our own. That way you have what you want when you get there and save a small fortune over going out.
Is the Water Park Myrtle Waves? The parents can go to Broadway at the Beach while the kids play at the park.
We hope to see you again next year if you decide to come back to North Myrtle Beach.
If you are ever looking for different locations we also have a luxury condo in Galveston Property 227445 (Beyonce's family owns the Penthouse but we have never seen her there....yet), and a three bedroom/three bath in Ko Olina Hawaii Next to the New Disney Aulani (Disney Opens in August 2011) for a really and special trip. Property 227444.
When planning any trips to these areas give me a call and I would be more than happy to help.
Thanks again for mentioning places to stay. Our other guests find it very helpful.
All the Best,
Damian & Anna Marie
