Situated at the end of a private road this five bedroom custom built post and beam has views of the Vineyard Sound and Elizabeth Islands. It offers many special places to sit and relax both inside and out on the decks. The living room, sun room and family room are warm and inviting. There is a generous dining room, a well equipped kitchen and a lovely bedroom with full bath on the first floor. Upstairs are four more bedrooms, each with their own special qualities. Two have access to an upstairs deck while the master suite has stunning views and its own staircase. It's only a five minute walk to Lobsterville Beach. Parking permits are available for Menemsha Pond, West Basin and Philbin Beach on the Atlantic. A ten minute ride takes you to the bike ferry to Menemsha. Enjoy the charm and style of this unique Aquinnah home.

Gay Head/Aquinnah is at the western end of Marthas Vineyard. Away from the traffic of the larger towns it offers a serenity and tranquility that is hard to match, The water is always near and there is beach access to the surf on the Atlantic, the more protected waters of Vineyard Sound at Lobsterville Beach and the warm shallow water of Menemsha Pond, ideal for families with small children. Walk five minutes and you are on a beach renowned for bass and blue fishing or charter a boat for deep sea fishing out of Menemsha. Kayaks and small sailboats are available nearby.
