This gated estate property is located in the quiet subdivision of Summerland Beach Estates on deepwater Niles Channel. Enjoy the day at your private oceanfront heated/cooled swimming pool, beach area or on the dock. Boating, snorkeling, kayaking, swimming and laying in the hammock will keep you 'busy'! Easy access to ocean or back country. Ocean offers deep water fishing, fabulous diving and snorkeling on reefs & coral heads, Looe Key Reef (Marine Sanctuary) is just 4 miles offshore. Back country offers awesome flats and wreck fishing, snorkeling and many beaches only accessible by boat. Enjoy the many restaurants, shopping areas, activities, beaches and parks located within the short distance between Marathon (25 miles to the north) and Key West (25 miles to the south).

This house is awesome! My family and I had a great time. We especially enjoyed the large porches where we did a lot of reading. The pool area was also perfect for the kids because the water was warm, despite the cool weather. It's also a nice neighborhood for jogs and bike rides.

Our family stayed at this house in early June. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect if you want peace and quiet. Owners live next door so they are easily reached if needed but they stay out of the way for privacy. Key West was just a short drive so you can enjoy all the great restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Some mornings we spent just sitting on the balcony relaxing or swimming in the pool. Kids enjoyed snorkeling and fising off the dock. Lots of fish. You will not be disappointed with this choice.
