Walking distance to stores, restaurants, grocery, night clubs, and a 5 minute stroll thru the village to the ski lifts or take the FREE shuttle bus outside Marketplace to the Whistler and Blackcomb lifts. Beautifully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, king bed-Master, bunk beds-2nd, + Queen pullout. The #1 rated ski resort is a winter haven for heli-skiing, cross country skiing, alpine skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, horse-drawn sleigh rides, dog sledding and ice skating. As a all-year-round resort, summer in Whistler offers golfing (on 4 championship Golf Courses), mountain biking, hiking (valley or alpine via gondola ), swimming (in the lake or at the Recreation Center), public in/outdoor tennis, white water rafting, fishing, wind surfing, canoeing, bungee jumping, and zip trekking. At Lions Bay visit the world renown Artist - Michael Tichner's studio, Britania Beach offers tours of the historic Mining Museum, Squamish has too much to mention but it is a must-see, and if you go beyond Whistler by a 30 minute drive you can visit historic Pemberton where there are wineries, antiques, local arts & crafts, first nations offerings, western horse and calf roping events and much more!

Our Policies - Arrivals / Departures: We accept arrivals on any day of the week and our arrival and departure times are flexible and at your discretion, unless otherwise stated at time of booking. Complete arrival information / check in instructions with coded access instructions will be sent upon receipt of final payment. Reservations are held 48 hrs. Confirmation email & deposit payment is then due to confirm reservation. There are no refunds for delayed arrivals however, if the booking date can be adjusted, we will try to accommodate by extending your stay to match the number of days of your booking. All payments are non refundable except if the booking can be replaced or moved to another date. Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a refund.

Risk, Noise, Occupant, Pets & Smoking Bylaw's: While we hope your stay is memorable and enjoyable, Whistler, like many urban & resort area's, is not free from crime. Keep the door to the condo locked at all times. While the underground parking is secure and locked, keep your vehicle locked at all times. Guests assume all risk for any theft, damage or vandalism to their property. No excessive noise from the Condo or from the Hot Tub area between 11pm – 8am. Maximum # Condo Occupants - 6 guests. Minimum age is 26 years. Children & young people under 26 years, are welcome when accompanied by their parent(s) unless otherwise approved by owner. No Stag / Stagette’s. Unfortunately the Strata says, no pets, nor smoking in the unit, complex or common area’s

Excessive Cleaning / Extra Phone, Cable, Internet : We provide before arrival and after departure, housekeeping. There is an in suite washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay. Upon final departure follow the checklist on the fridge in the kitchen to remove garbage, turn off lights & electrical items and ensure that all doors and windows are locked. Extra charges will be applied should there be excessive cleaning costs. High Speed Internet, Cable and Telephone service is provided. You are responsible to pay for any / all additional services you may ‘purchase’ through the internet / cable / telephone provider ie: movies or long distance telephone calls. Guests assume all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by the guest or guests of the guest. We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in the Whistler / Blackcomb Resort

The only way to go. If you're tired, like I am, of hotels considering your 14 year an adult and charging for each teenager then this condo is the way to go.
We have three kids, all teenagers, and we found this condo to be excellent in size and amenities.

Accessing it was very simple and we found it to be clean and in order when we arrived.The unit has everything you need to be self sufficient during your vacation. A fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer so you dont have to pack a ton of clothes and two bathrooms - a must with three women! :-)
(The one bedroom with the bunk bed is tight for space but we just used the dresser in the other bedroom for clothes).

It is perfectly situated, right in the village, so you can walk everywhere and leave the car in the parkade. There is an IGA across the parking lot, a liquor and candy store directly below and numerous fast food and unique restaurants just behind the IGA.

I would rent this condo again and recommend it to friends as well.

The Center of it All!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay mid week. The location is perfect and we watched, with interest, as they worked on the new athlete's award presentation center just outside the front balcony of the unit.
The unit is extremely well equipped so one could be self sufficient but there are so many good eating spots we ate out every meal - it's nice to spoil yourself occassionally.
We were able to walk anywhere in the village so our van stayed in the underground parking all the time we were there except when we drove out to visit two of the 2010 Olympic venues.
A great place to veg out or be as active as you want and you are right in the center of it all.

Whistler accomodation well suited to family of 4

We were happy to find a nice, convenient and comfortable unit at a very good price. The bunk room is a little tight just enough room for the beds, but the unit is well laid out, with 2 bathrooms and a small deck. It is only about a 10 minute walk to the Whistler Gondola but we also took advantage of the free shuttle which stops right beside the building and takes 5 minutes door to door.
I would not put more than 4 people in this unit - storage is a bit of a premium if you have a lot of ski gear. Great laundry room, underground parking very convenient and good place for waxing skis. Unit is very bright with nice natural light and very quiet secure building.
