Our Policies - Arrivals / Departures:
We accept arrivals on any day of the week and our arrival and departure times are flexible and at your discretion, unless otherwise stated at time of booking. Complete arrival information / check in instructions with coded access instructions will be sent upon receipt of final payment. Reservations are held 48 hrs. Confirmation email & deposit payment is then due to confirm reservation. There are no refunds for delayed arrivals however, if the booking date can be adjusted, we will try to accommodate by extending your stay to match the number of days of your booking. All payments are non refundable except if the booking can be replaced or moved to another date. Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a refund.
Risk, Noise, Occupant, Pets & Smoking Bylaw's:
While we hope your stay is memorable and enjoyable, Whistler, like many urban & resort area's, is not free from crime. Keep the door to the condo locked at all times. While the underground parking is secure and locked, keep your vehicle locked at all times. Guests assume all risk for any theft, damage or vandalism to their property. No excessive noise from the Condo or from the Hot Tub area between 11pm – 8am. Maximum # Condo Occupants - 6 guests. Minimum age is 26 years. Children & young people under 26 years, are welcome when accompanied by their parent(s) unless otherwise approved by owner. No Stag / Stagette’s. Unfortunately the Strata says, no pets, nor smoking in the unit, complex or common area’s
Excessive Cleaning / Extra Phone, Cable, Internet :
We provide before arrival and after departure, housekeeping. There is an in suite washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay. Upon final departure follow the checklist on the fridge in the kitchen to remove garbage, turn off lights & electrical items and ensure that all doors and windows are locked. Extra charges will be applied should there be excessive cleaning costs. High Speed Internet, Cable and Telephone service is provided. You are responsible to pay for any / all additional services you may ‘purchase’ through the internet / cable / telephone provider ie: movies or long distance telephone calls. Guests assume all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by the guest or guests of the guest. We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in the Whistler / Blackcomb Resort
