Everything is brand new in this 1600 sf 2nd floor condo. Ideal rental if you have difficulty climbing stairs or use a wheelchair, as there is an elevator which opens directly into the unit. Hardwood throughout entry, living, dining, and kitchen areas; carpeted hallway & bedrooms; ceramic tile floors in baths. Full size washer/dryer in hallway laundry closet. Fully equipped kitchen with maple cabinets, granite counter tops, and gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, & side-by-side refrigerator. Island with 4 bar stools; game table w/2 chairs; dining table w/6 chairs. Master BR has King bed, one BR has (2) twin beds, and the other two BR's have Queen beds. There are two twin air mattresses for extra guests. Huge but private 400 sf front porch plus rear covered deck. One block from downtown, 2 blocks to grocery store, and 4 blocks to beach & boardwalk. One on-site parking space provided ; 2 off-site spaces provided.

One block to Asbury Ave, where you'll find more than 100 shops featuring clothing, jewelry, shoes, toys, baked goods, crafts, antiques and more! There are more than a dozen restaurants within just a two block walk and four within a half block. The SuperFresh grocery store is just two blocks away, as is McDonald's. Playground is close by. Lots of things to do with the kids on both Asbury Ave and the Boardwalk: Funtastic Tuesdays, Family Film & Fun Night, music on the boardwalk, Farmers Market at Tabernacle Grounds, market days . . . come and enjoy - there is so much to do and see!

Planning a family reunion?: If you are planning a large family reunion or vacation and would like to stay all together, we can coordinate the rental of one or both of the other two units in the same building, providing sleeping for approximately 27 people within the three units. These units are identical in layout to the 2nd floor unit, but do not have a front porch. Call for more information.

Unit Amenities: This condo was part of an extensive total renovation in 2008. Everything is brand new! We are in the process of furnishing and accessorizing the unit. New pictures will be posted when we have completed the process. There will be a 42' plasma TV in the living room. Four adult beach tags will be provided (children under 12 do not need to purchase beach tags in Ocean City.)

Centrally Located: Walk to the grocery store and McDonald's (2 blocks) at 9th & West . There are a dozen restaurants within a two block walk. Enjoy all the fun activities on Asbury Ave, one block away: Funtastic Tuesdays Market Days Shopping Dining Family Film & Fun Night Farmers Market on Wednesdays at Tabernacle Grounds - 3 blocks away @ 6th & Central.

Other Activities: many golf courses in the area, off-island; one municipal course on island

Our family ages from 3 to 73, the short walks to the beach & shopping made our stay the best family vacation we had at the shore.
The house is huge and very clean.The parking passes and beach tags are huge plus.Can't wait till next year.

What a great place! It's beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and spacious. The elevator was definitely a bonus for unloading. So centrally located that once the cars are parked, there really isn't a need to drive any where. It was fun to try some of the many different restaurants close by and, of course, an easy walk to the boardwalk. We also loved sitting in the sun on the back deck in the morning with our coffee and paper and later in the day enjoying the large front porch. Can't wait to come again.

This unit is large and very clean. We liked the fact that we could easily walk to downtown, and the beach and boardwalk are only four blocks away. The best part of the unit is the large front porch - it's very private and has lots of seating for a large group. (entered by owner as the request of the renters)
