2013 NOTE: We experienced NO DAMAGE to our property from Hurricane Sandy. We are open for the summer season. Come enjoy!!) 1600 sf 2nd floor condo in totally renovated building. Hardwood throughout entry, living, dining, and kitchen areas; carpeted hallway & bedrooms; ceramic tile floors in baths. Full size washer/dryer in hallway laundry closet. Fully equipped kitchen with maple cabinets, granite counter tops, and gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, & side-by-side refrigerator. Island with 4 bar stools; game table w/2 chairs; dining table w/6 chairs. Master BR has King bed, one BR has (2) twin beds, and the other two BR's have Queen beds. There are two twin air mattresses for extra guests. Huge but private 400 sf front porch plus rear covered deck. One block from downtown, 2 blocks to grocery store, and 4 blocks to beach & boardwalk. Ideal rental if you have difficulty climbing stairs or use a wheelchair, as there is an elevator which opens directly into the unit. (NOTE: we DO NOT rent for Senior Wk/Spring Break/Prom Weekend/etc.)

Planning a family reunion?: If you are planning a large family reunion or vacation and would like to stay all together, we can coordinate the rental of one of the other units in the same building, providing sleeping for approximately 18 people within two units. The units are identical in layout to the 2nd floor unit, but do not have a front porch. Call for more information.

PLEASE NOTE: We rent to family groups only. We do not rent to large groups for Senior Week or Prom Week. We do not rent to groups of unrelated persons under 25 years of age.

Unit Amenities: This condo was part of an extensive total renovation in 2008. Everything is brand new! Six beach tags will be provided (children under 12 do not need to purchase beach tags in Ocean City.)

Centrally Located: Walk to the grocery store and McDonald's (2 blocks) at 9th & West .

There are a dozen restaurants within a two block walk.

Conveniently located so you can walk everywhere. Four blocks to the beach and Ocean City's famous boardwalk where you can enjoy the waterpark, amusement rides, miniature golf and shopping! One block to Asbury Ave, where you'll find more than 100 shops featuring clothing, jewelry, shoes, toys, baked goods, crafts, antiques and more! There are more than a dozen restaurants within just a two block walk and four within a half block. The SuperFresh grocery store is just two blocks away, as is McDonald's. Playground is close by. Lots of things to do with the kids on both Asbury Ave and the Boardwalk: Funtastic Tuesdays, Family Film & Fun Night, music on the boardwalk, Farmers Market at Tabernacle Grounds, market days . . . come and enjoy - there is so much to do and see!

Our family ages from 3 to 73, the short walks to the beach & shopping made our stay the best family vacation we had at the shore.
The house is huge and very clean.The parking passes and beach tags are huge plus.Can't wait till next year.

I couldn't have asked for a better weekend and rental experience! Kathy was very efficient and detailed in her communications regarding the condo. The condo itself was immaculate and comfortably fit the seven of us. I wanted a relaxing weekend before my wedding with my best friends and I experienced that while staying at this condo. The proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and shops on Asbury was great. The cleanliness and amenities of the condo were also fantastic. I would rent this condo again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!

Stayed here from Friday May 25 until Monday May 28. Went with a group of girlfriends (about 9 of us all together) and all had a wonderful time. The house was awesome. Very clean & well maintained; beautifuly decorated! We were on the second level and had a front porch as well as a back deck which both came in very handy. Short walk to beach/boardwalk. Provided chairs and beach tags. More than enough parking in lot right across the street! Can't say enough great things about this place! Definitely plan to return next year :-)

Beautiful Condo

My family really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully done condo. There was plenty of room for everyone and the furnishings and amenities were very enjoyable. The convenience of internet access was appreciated as well as a TV in each bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need, if you are willing to cook while on vacation. The front and back porches were very enjoyable to catch ocean breezes and just spend time outdoors. We will definitely stay here again and again. And Ocean City has a great fireworks show!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

Our family had a wonderful vacation while staying at this property! Everything was soooo clean and decorated with taste. When we called to book it, Kathy was so helpful. She told us it would cost less because she had just lowered the rate that day...we would've had no way of knowing this but Kathy is honest and kind. The evelator was a God-send for our 93 yr. old grandmother with very limited mobility. There were absolutely no problems moving her from room to room because it really accommodated the wheelchair and walker...right down to the dinner table and bathroom. She hadn't been to the beach in many, many years and loved feeling the ocean waves on her feet. Finding this property allowed 4 generations to make memories we'll cherish for a long time! Kathy, thank you again!
