Peaceful setting on the 10th hole of The Coeur d'Alene Public Golf Course. Property is within walking distance to all services and parks. Easy access from HWY 90 or HWY 95 and 1 mile from a boat launch. The Kroc Center (Community center) is accross the street & less than a block away. Trails to parks, river and lake can be accessed right across the street. Easy access with 2 car garage, fenced yard and plenty of parking. After spending your day outside come in to an air-conditioned home and enjoy the message chair.

KROC Center: Home is located across the street from Trails linking Ramsey park, Kroc Center, Riverside and Lake Coeur d'Alene. The Kroc Center can viewed at kroccda dot org. This community center can be accesses with a daily fee. Great complex with puclic play pools, lap pool, rock wall, running track, weight room, day care, sunday chapel, and sound room.

Ski: 3 Ski resorts are within 45 minutes of this house. North is Schweitzer, East is Silver and West is MT Spokane.

Golf: This property is on the 10th hole of the Coeur d'Alene Public Golf Course. Nice corner lot with views of the club house, driving range, 10th tee, 11 tee, and 10th hole. Note that because of the location the back yard occasionally receives ball deposits. The most I have had in a single day is 5.
