Interior of house has comfortable, elegant furnishings in the Florida style, with a Tommy Bahama entertainment center and a 46' 1080i state of the art flat screen tv in the living area, a 32' flat screen tv in the Master Bedroom, crown moldings throughout, 3 lovely bedrooms, all with TVs and ceiling fans, great gourmet chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, separate living room with gorgeous ceramic tile floors, separate lovely dining room, gorgeous master bedroom/master bath area that is separate and private from the other bedrooms, full sized washer and dryer. Home has both dock and lift. This house is a ten!

This single family home on Hummingbird Court is like no other: elegant first class furnishings, beautifully maintained home with gorgeous outdoor living including a pool, large screened lanai and great dock and lift. Luxurious master bedroom and bathroom, large family room area with tiled floors, separate dining rooms with tiled floors and wonderful kitchen for casual, comfortable entertaining.

My family and I stayed here during the week after Christmas, and we had a wonderful time. The house is upgraded to the hilt with high-end furniture, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat panel HDTVs, and an excellent lanai, pool area with heated swimming pool. The island is very pedestrian and biking friendly. A Publix shopping center is only a few blocks from the house, and the beach area and local restaurants are only a few miles drive away. I would highly recommend this place for families as the house has a great room for kids. The owners are extremely gracious, friendly, and very helpful with recommendations and knowledge of the area. Highly recommended!!
