Enjoy a great vacation in this roomy 2000 sq ft cottage with 2 master bedrooms, 2 guest rooms, 3 bathrooms, renovated kitchen and 2 sun rooms on Kiawah Island. The cottage is very comfortable for 2 families and up to 10 people to share. Enjoy a dip in our community pool. Watch the golfers play the first hole of Cougar Point golf course from the 2 sun rooms, deck or living room. Please note there is only parking for 2 cars in the driveway, but there is extra parking about a block away.

Community Pool!: This Greenslake Cottage is conveniently located in West Beach Village. It allows you access to our community pool -just a short walk away. Pools are limited on Kiawah Island and are often restricted to guests staying through Kiawah Resort. Cottage on Kiawah is one of the few place on Kiawah that you can rent directly from the owner with access to a pool. Our community pool is perfect for a cool dip after playing at the beach. It even has a baby pool!

Kiawah Island: Kiawah Island is a barrier island outside of Charleston, SC. This private island is unique as there is very limited commercial development. Kiawah Island has been closely managed to maximize the enjoyment of its residents and visitors while maintaining its natural beauty. Kiawah Island boasts over 10 miles of pristine beaches. Many visitors rent bikes and enjoy riding down the hard packed sand. Wildlife abounds and don't be surprised by the number of birds and alligators that make the lagoons home.

Close to Beach: This Greenslake Cottage is a short walk and even shorter bike ride to the beach. To help illustrate how easy it is to get to the beach, we have 3 small children 1 to 6 years old. With all our gear, including stroller, it takes us about 5 minutes to walk to the beach and 7 minutes to walk home (The time difference is due to the energy level of our kids). We rarely walk home from the beach without a stop at our community pool.

Excellent location, easy walk to ocean and pool, well-equipped kitchen. We definitely plan to return and will certainly work with Susie again. Seaside Cycles were very accommodating, bike trails are great on Kiawah, make sure to rent bikes.

I wanted to rent this cottage, but it was booked. I have not seen the inside of it, but I really liked working with Susie..... She was prompt, professional, and extremely kind. I would definitely recommend working with Susie!
